In this spotlight, the global HundrEd and EdTech Hub will identify and highlight 10–20 impactful and scalable education technology innovations that can benefit Bangladesh’s education. It is undoubtedly a great honor for our team.

At its core, being a mathematics learning content-creating start-up, Banglar Math is building a comprehensive accessible platform combining three different solutions to transform math fear into fun and democratize quality math education:

All the founding member of Banglar Math has intrinsic relation with the Bangladesh Mathematical Olympiad Committee (BdMOC) and represented BdMO in different national and international events.

এ বছর বাংলাদেশের একদল শিক্ষার্থী প্রথমবারের মতো অংশ নিল ওয়ার্ল্ড ম্যাথমেটিকস টিম চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ (ডব্লিউএমটিসি) ২০২৪ প্রতিযোগিতায়। বাংলার ম্যাথের তত্ত্বাবধানে কাতারের দোহায় শিক্ষার্থীরা বিশ্বের নানা দেশের গণিতপ্রেমীদের সঙ্গে মেধার লড়াইয়ে নামে। জিতে নেয় ৬টি স্বর্ণ, ১১টি রৌপ্য, ৭টি ব্রোঞ্জ ও ৩টি মেধা সম্মাননা। দলের ২৭ সদস্যের প্রত্যেকেই কোনো না কোনো পদক জিতে চমকে দিয়েছে সবাইকে।

বিজয়ের মাস ডিসেম্বরের শুরুতেই বিজয়ের কেতন উড়ালো আমাদের জেনজি প্রজন্ম। মেধা আর উদ্ভাবনের খেলায় কেশর ফুলিয়েই এক কাতারে ‘কাতার জয় করলো’ বাংলার ২৭ কিশোর। এবারের ওয়ার্ল্ড ম্যাথমেটিকস টিম চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপে (ডব্লিউএমটিসি ২০২৪) রীতিমতো ছক্কা হাঁকিয়ে ভূমিধস জয় পেলো খুদে গণিতবিদেরা। এজন্য বিজয়ীদের একক পর্বে এমসিকিউ ও লিখিত প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হয়েছে তাদের। নাম্বার থিওরি, জিওমেট্রি, অ্যালজেবরা ও কম্বিনেটরিকস থেকে প্রশ্ন ছিলো প্রতিযোগিতায়। ছিলো ১৫টি এমসিকিউ প্রশ্নও
